BLACKTHORN Velvet Blind – Emerald

Originally dreamt up in 1892 by William Morris, the BLACKTHORN motif has now been remastered and recoloured by House of Hackney in Billiard-Green; its symmetrical formation of hawthorns, daisies and tulips painted in more natural, earthy tones while a skull of blue-grey foliage blooms at its heart. Made in Britain, this luxurious velvet will give a dramatic feel to curtains or reupholstered furniture.

Each metre sold enables House of Hackney to purchase and protect 35 square metres of forest, thanks to our partnership with the World Land Trust the international conservation charity that safeguards our most vital natural ecosystems and threatened habitats, acre by acre.
